Individualized nutrition & exercise plans are a foundational part of any comprehensive medical weight loss program, including ours. But lifestyle changes are not enough for everyone, so we provide weight loss medications & hormone optimization options for those who need it.
Medical Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy
For medical services, your first visit will be a thorough evaluation of your history. We'll order any labs or testing needed to keep you safe & healthy. At the next visit we'll review test results & treatment options. We'll order any supplements or medications needed to help you lose weight and keep it off, and discuss hormone, nutrition & exercise support. Prescription options include semaglutide & tirzepatide injections, hormone replacement, and many other options (previous page describes wellness plans if you don't need medications)!
Virtual Weight Loss Platform
We offer virtual weight loss support plans as low as $25. Remote monitoring devices can be shipped to you, such as a smart scale for measuring body composition ($50). That way, you will be able to see your progress (decreased fat, increased muscle tone, hydration status and visceral fat level). For an additional cost, we can include a FitBit, and/or blood pressure monitor (all of which sync into our secure telehealth platform). The platform has 24/7 support available, and a Virtual Clinic.
Weight Loss Meds
Semaglutide & tirzepatide have emerged as transformative medications for weight loss. They are peptide treatments initially developed for diabetes, which have also gained FDA approval for weight loss, since they not only help with blood sugar but also decreases appetite. Tier 2 $95/month
Visits, Smart Scale, Supplement Options:
All tier 1 support, plus a Bluetooth smart scale delivered to your home to help measure your progress (fat loss, muscle gain, hydration status) and tailor your plan accordingly. You'll also get unlimited access to our virtual wellness platform, lab orders, and discounted weight loss supplements.
Tier 3 $245 1st month, then $295/mo
Visits, prescription meds & all supplies:
Tier 1 support, plus lab orders, supplement recommendations, and prescription medications delivered to you (with supplies, med price included).
GLP-1s including
